Teach Now makes the Financial Times’ UK’s Leading Recruiters list for 2024

If there’s one thing more satisfying than being recognised for your team’s talent, hard work, and commitment to excellence in a prestigious national broadsheet, it’s the fact that the Financial Times list of the UK’s leading recruiters is based on client and peer recommendations. In short, it’s the result of our clients’ and candidates’ feedback. That makes this accolade doubly important to everyone at Teach Now – because it confirms that the people we work with agree wholeheartedly with what we’ve been saying for years: that Teach Now is up there with the very best education recruitment companies.

Produced by the FT in partnership with German data company Statista, this ranking rates 154 companies including consultants and job portals across 13 sectors, including 21 companies in the education recruitment category, of which Teach Now is one. Unlike so many industry rating and awards schemes, this is absolutely not a case of recruiters ‘marking their own homework’. On the contrary, the ratings are based on a very thorough and rigorous protocol involving two separate online surveys covering external recruiters, such as head-hunters, human resources consultants and staffing experts as well as HR management and other senior management with staffing responsibilities. One survey focused on ‘peers’ recruitment professional employed by recruitment agencies, while the other was of their candidates and clients.

To give you an idea of the scale of Teach Now’s achievement, that final 154 best-rated companies is the result of whittling down an enormous long-list drawn from the Recruitment & Employment Confederation membership directory – a list of 7,000 UK recruiters!

“We really are over the moon to be included. It’s an acknowledgement of our talented team’s dedication to excellence – and it’s further proof, if any were needed, that our unique relationship-building approach to the recruitment process is as good for our clients as it is for our candidates.”
