Teach Now Nominated in ‘Best Client Services’ Category for the Recruiter Awards

A resounding endorsement of our fresh new approach to education recruitment.

Since the birth of Teach Now some twelve years ago, we’ve been striving to create a new way of working – an innovative, dynamic reinvention of education recruitment consultancy. It’s meant developing a new, unique approach that goes further and deeper than traditional recruitment agencies: we don’t just match people with jobs in education, we actively contribute to our candidates’ personal and career development. That means supporting them not just with the immediate role or even the next one, but throughout their careers in education. That approach has a lot to do with the enduring relationships we’ve built – with candidates, senior teachers, schools and local authorities – and it’s great to feel we have the tacit endorsement of the education professionals we work with every day.

An endorsement of our unique approach

With all that in mind, to find ourselves nominated for this year’s Recruiter Awards is truly thrilling – and even more so to be nominated in the ‘Best Client Services’ category! In case you’re not familiar with The Recruiter Awards, we should explain that this is the UK recruitment sector’s most prestigious set of honours – and the aim is to recognise best practice and celebrate the efforts and achievements of in-house, agency and RPO teams and individuals.

Awards based on specific judging criteria

The judging for Internal Recruitment Awards is based on various criteria, including Effectiveness, Quality of Service, Innovation and so on. But when it comes to judging external agencies such as ourselves, the judges add profitability and financial stability to that list, the aim being to recognise organisations who add outstanding value to their business partnerships and relationships”. This is, as you can imagine, music to our ears because it’s so closely aligned with the values and aspirations that guide everything we do.

For us, then, simply to have been nominated is immensely exciting – and a well-deserved acknowledgement of our team’s sterling work. We now wait with bated breath to find out whether we’re winners at the glittering gala awards dinner in the Great Room at London’s prestigious JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel on Thursday 28th September.

Fingers crossed!
