We at Teach Now are delighted to announce that we’ve just been awarded Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) Audited Education Status – and we’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our team, and our clients too, for their key roles in this landmark achievement. We see this award as an endorsement from the people who really count because it verifies that all of our policies and procedures are compliant with all relevant legislation and industry best practice, including: the Employment Agencies Act, The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003, the REC Code of Professional Practice and, in general, safeguarding practices in relation to children.
Not for nothing is this described by the REC as ‘the gold standard in recruitment compliance’! It means our clients and their employers can work with Teach Now with even greater confidence in the sure knowledge that every detail of our client and candidate services, staff development programmes and diversity & inclusion policies have been rigorously scrutinised. And that they’ve passed every test with flying colours.
We’re very proud that we’re now listed as an REC Audited Education award holder on the REC website – and we look forward to confirming any alterations to our documents and procedures with the REC to ensure we’re keeping up the most stringent standards of compliance day in, day out!
